Harry's Bar & Grill
Harry Epstein is a legend in Iowa City, and his son has made a name for himself by creating some of the best food in the area. The omelettes at Harry's DO NOT disappoint. Just sayin'. Benson & Hepker Design created the logo, branding, window signage, menu design, and packaging for Harry's unique coffee blends.
Iowa City Downtown District
The Iowa City Downtown District is the force behind most of the great things that happen in Downtown Iowa City. Benson & Hepker Design has been working with this organization since its inception in 2012. In addition to the organizational branding, projects have included kiosk maps, street banners, posters, swag, ads, annual and strategic reports, online graphics, vehicle wraps, signage, and pretty much whatever else they need.
Greater Iowa City, Inc.
Benson & Hepker Design has worked with Greater Iowa City, Inc. since its creation in 2023. The first task was to help the organization discover its name. Then came the entire branding system, print collateral, and online graphics for a new website. Benson & Hepker worked with the Greater IC team on its recently released county-wide data digest, which gave the organization a baseline for future initiatives.
South of 6 Business District
South of 6 is a business district in Iowa City that was created in 2022. Benson & Hepker Design created the branding for the district, as well as helped the organization discover its name. Other projects have included street banners, signage, online graphics, and printed collateral.
X Marks the Arts
"X Marks the Arts" is the name of the new Cultural and Entertainment District in Downtown Iowa City. Benson & Hepker Design worked with existing branding and created online graphics, advertisements, and street/sidewalk banners. Recently, Benson & Hepker created a logo, brand, and marketing materials for an annual arts and culture festival presented by the organization.
SILT 2024 Annual Field Report
The Sustainable Iowa Land Trust (SILT) was formed to give Iowa farm owners options for ensuring that their land stays accessible to young farmers and farm families looking for opportunities to make a living by farming smaller farms. 2024 marked a new direction for the organization's annual report.
